Terms of Service

Darul Falah is open to learners of every age. Students under 18 must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for compliance with these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Please do not share your account with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

• Each slot reservation is for one student and may not be transferred without prior approval.
• If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 4 hours before class so the slot can be released for someone else.
• We may reschedule a class with reasonable notice in the event of teacher illness, public holidays or technical issues.

We expect all students, parents and teachers to interact with respect, patience and adab. Any harassment, abusive language, or conduct that disturbs other students may result in account suspension.

All lecture videos, PDFs and materials made available through Darul Falah are for the personal, non-commercial use of enrolled students. You may not redistribute or republish them without written permission.

If a paid course is offered, fees and refund terms will be made clear before payment. Free trial sessions are non-refundable by design.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
